Chilean Taste was born from our family's desire to bring a little piece of Chile to Kentucky. After moving to the United States, we missed the authentic flavors and traditions we grew up with, so we set out to share them with our community through homemade recipes, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. As a family-owned business, our mission is not only to preserve and celebrate Chilean culture, but also to give back to the community and the country that has given our family so much. We want to create a place where, the moment you walk through our doors, you experience the warmth, flavors, and traditions of Chile—a place that makes you feel like you're in Chile, while being right here at home.

Homemade is at the heart of everything we do. Chef Claudio bakes all of our breads, prepares our doughs from scratch, and makes our famous mayonnaise in-house. It's our way of bringing you authentic Chilean flavors with the freshness and quality you deserve.
